And…Blue Eyes Ultimate Jounouchi kun!

I absolutely love Yu-Gi-Oh MADs. And this one is absolutely great. Kaiba shachou, you are the best character ever.

Someone actually did a cover of it…that was interesting.

Anyway, I’m probably going to update blog a lot less now. Need to start studying for college.

Random Japanese Word of the Day:
MAD – refers to a Japanese fanmade video. Pretty much just an AMV, only made in Japan.

Suuuuupaaaa cell.

supercell’s Sayonara Memories has hit 7th on Oricon charts! Yay and celebration.
Yu-Gi-Oh! 2010 has come out on DS and I’ve been playing that the whole weekend…no homework done at all.
Decided to watch Hanamaru Kindergarten too over the weekend. It’s actually pretty good. I didn’t expect to like the cutesy style of the kids, but I guess it grows on you. Better than all of the ero-moe titles out there…
Anyway, back to Yu-Gi-Oh.

Random Japanese Word of the Day:
ツンデレ(tsundere) – comes from tsuntsun, meaning kind of aloof, and deredere, meaning kind of lovestruck. So a tsundere is a person (usually a girl “tsunderekko”) who is normally cold but then embarrassingly warm on the inside. Ex: Hiiragi Kagami, Aisaka Taiga, Misaka Mikoto

The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi

Posted in Anime with tags , on February 6, 2010 by kumoriha

涼宮ハルヒの消失(Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoutshitsu) the movie was released! Well, I guess it came out yesterday in Japan, but here it’s February 6 today! Looking forward for the illegal internet upload soon. Also, Yugioh 2010 movie sounds hilariously interesting.

Is it just me, or are all the good Japanese movies anime movies?

Random Japanese Word of the Day:
びりびり(biri biri) – the onomatopoeia for something shocking or stinging. Also nickname-turned-official-name of Misaka Mikoto from To Aru Kagaku no Railgun.
